Disgruntled Lightsview resident, Anne Grey-Parker, has once again submitted a formal complaint to local council regarding an ongoing problem that she consciously contributes to.
Since moving into her new newly built townhouse with a driveway, two-car garage and forty-car views, Anne has always parked her car on the narrow street because it slightly conveniences her whilst severely inconveniencing everyone else.
However, Anne has again recently become angered at others parking in ‘her spot’ on the street.
‘I can’t believe it’, said Anne driving back to her house after grabbing a coffee the café which is a three minute walk away ‘I was only gone about ten minutes and someone has taken my spot!’
‘Seriously, parking is such a nightmare on my street. I bet whoever stole my spot don’t even live near here, because all the neighbours should know this is where I park’ mumbled Anne as she searched for another space.
‘People should just use their garages and driveways for God’s sake’ said Anne ‘I can’t though, because we’ve converted our double garage into a gym and storage area, and parking in the driveway would just make it look ugly with my partner’s two cars and also mine’.
Anne finally found a space for her Toyota Landcruiser, directly across from a Ford Ranger parked at least 30 centimeters away from the curb.
Why would you give this drongo any airtime?
